Bobby Bones and The Raging Idiots to Perform at The Great New York State Fair

Radio & TV personality Bobby Bones brings his musical comedy band Bobby Bones & The Raging Idiots to the Great New York State Fair on opening day, Friday, August 20. The New York Times bestselling author and host and executive producer of his own breakout television series Breaking Bobby Bones on National Geographic will perform at 2 p.m. on the Chevy Park stage in the New York Experience festival grounds. All Chevrolet Music Festival concerts are free with $3 Fair admission.

“This year, we’re opening the Fair’s concert season with laughter. After all we’ve been through, it will be great to be together again and enjoy a laugh. I’m looking forward to a fun show to start our comeback year,” said Troy Waffner, Fair Director.

Bobby Bones and the Raging Idiots join a lineup of more than 50 national touring shows presented in the Chevrolet Music Festival, the largest free music festival at any state fair in America. Shows announced to date include:

Fair attendance is up more than 46% since the beginning of more than $120 million in investments, with 1.33 million people attending the Fair in 2019. The 2021 Fair runs from August 20 to September 6.
