Tickets on Sale Now for Ten Performances in the Empire Theater of the Art & Home Center
Elmo, Cookie Monster and many of the favorite characters from the greatest children’s show of all time will bring joy, laughs and learning to the 2018 Great New York State Fair. Sesame Street Live: C is For Celebration will take the stage at the Art & Home Center’s Empire Theater for five days, performing two shows per day, from August 22 to 26.
“We are thrilled to have Sesame Street with us as we kick off the 2018 Fair. We know young people, as well as fans of the show who have grown up with it, will have a wonderful time with Grover, Abby and Rosita, and the show’s message of inclusion and diversity is our message, too,” said Acting Fair Director Troy Waffner.
Tickets to each show are on sale now from the Fair’s official online ticket seller, etix.com. Each ticket is $5 plus fees of 23 cents. All adults and all children, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter. Tickets not sold online as of midnight the day before each show will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Art & Home Center office as a cash-only purchase.
