2025 Suburban Park Stand Application

Application for Space #9199 located at Suburban Park is now available for the 2025 New York State Fair

This outdoor location is on the hill near Suburban Park where the Taste of NY tent was previously located. This space sits between the gravel path to Suburban Park Stage and the Midway. Concertgoers wait in line and congregate in this area during the nightly shows at Suburban Park Stage. This location will be rented explicitly for the sale of bottled, canned, and single pour beverages, including the sale of alcoholic beverages. Sale of alcohol is regulated pursuant to the NY State Fair’s “Appendix G”.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at this location, please complete the application below and submit by February 14, 2025, to be considered for this space. Be sure to include a detailed description of your proposed space layout, offerings, and attach a rendering of the proposed space. Please see Suburban Park Tent Area attachment for pictures of the 20' x 20' tent used by Taste NY at the 2024 State Fair. A tent and temporary flooring are not included in the awarding of this space. As this is a concert venue location, the selected vendor may, but is not obligated to, open earlier than 6:00 PM each night of The Fair, August 20 - September 1, 2025. Being open by 6:00 PM each night of The Fair is required.

Please note, vendors will have until Friday, February 14, 2025 to apply for this location. Both new and returning vendors will be considered for this space.
