Taste NY Marketplace

Explore Taste NY at the Great New York State Fair! Taste NY is the state’s effort to link consumers to the best products made and grown right here in New York State. Visit the Taste NY Marketplace inside the Horticulture Building for free samples of food and beverage products, and meet the people who make these delicious items! Featured vendors change daily throughout The Fair, offering ample opportunities to sample local products. The Fair kicks off Wednesday, August 24 and continues through Labor Day, September 5.

Taste NY is also excited to announce the return of the Taste NY Pop-Up Market, located next to the Taste NY Marketplace in the back of the Horticulture Building. Featuring more than 100 unique products, the Pop-up Market gives fairgoers an opportunity to shop for food, beverage, and gift items sourced from the North Country, the Adirondacks, Finger Lakes, Central New York, Mohawk Valley, Capital Region, Western New York, Southern Tier, Hudson Valley/Catskills, New York City and Long island, the 11 regions of New York State. Visit the Taste NY Pop-Up Market from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day during the Fair, from August 24 through September 5.
