The Historic Train Exhibit is sponsored by the Central New York Chapter, National Railway Historical Society as a free attraction open every day of the fair. Tour through five vintage passenger railcars all with historical ties to New York State. The restored New York Central wooden caboose was made in nearby Oswego and served the railroad starting in 1912. The New York Central bay window caboose features an operating model railroad for the kids! This railroad equipment display is restored and preserved in the appearance of while in service in New York State.
