Important Information for All Participating
2024 New York State Fair Concessionaires & Exhibitors

State Fair Dates: August 21 - September 2, 2024

 

Important Vendor Deadlines:

• February 9, 2024 – Returning vendor applications must be received by this date to be guaranteed same space renewal.
  Space may be subject to change if operational needs affect booth space.
• April 1, 2024 – Final date for submitting returning and new vendor applications.
  After this date vendor rates will incur a 1.5% increased price.

Insurance Regulations & Samples Packet:

When purchasing workers comp or disability insurance from the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF), please indicate you are a vendor at the 2024 New York State Fair. Your coverage should be in force for the duration of the event, August 7 through September 6 (this includes move in/out dates).
