With 100 days to go until Opening Day, the Fair is keeping the good vibes going! Get ready to embrace the energy and anthems of The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus as they hit the Chevy Court stage on Monday, August 25 at 6 p.m. This summer, The Great New York State Fair will feature this iconic band, celebrated for their vibrant fusion of rock, emo, and alternative music. Known for hits like “Face Down,” The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus promises an electrifying show that will captivate fairgoers and music enthusiasts alike.

Starting with their explosive entry into the music scene in 2006, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus quickly made a name for themselves with their debut album 'Don’t You Fake It,' highlighted by the impactful single “Face Down,” which not only dominated the charts but also earned them multi-Platinum status. Their success continued with a series of high-ranking albums and singles, including the Gold-certified “False Pretense” and the emotionally charged “Your Guardian Angel.”

The band’s ability to craft relatable and powerful music has led to over 1.2 billion streams, showcasing not only their musical talent but also their resonance with a global audience. Red Jumpsuit Apparatus' live performances are known for their energy, empathy, and the undeniable connection they forge with audiences around the world. Their appearance at The Great New York State Fair is part of a lineup that celebrates the depth of musical talent across genres. Fair visitors can expect a dynamic show that spans the band’s hits and fan favorites, reflecting their journey from emo pioneers to rock luminaries.

The Fair starts Wednesday, August 20, and runs through Labor Day, Monday, September 1. All concerts are included in the price of admission, which will go on sale later this summer. The Great New York State Fair is the most affordable state fair in the country. Tickets are $8 for adults while admission is free for children under 12 and senior citizens aged 65 and older.

In total, The Fair’s 2025 Chevrolet Music Series will feature 41 national recording acts. There will be a daily 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. concert at Chevy Court (located near Gate 1), and an 8 p.m. concert each evening at Suburban Park (located on the western end of the Fairgrounds, beyond the Midway). The Fair will also host two special shows at 9 p.m. on Friday, August 22 and 29 at Chevy Court.
