• Group Ticket Sales are Available to Those Purchasing Larger Quantities •
The Great New York State Fair has announced the availability of an affordable and convenient option for anyone interested in purchasing larger quantities of admission tickets. The program, which applies only to those purchasing tickets in bulk, is only available online.
Group sales ticket orders are not permitted for resale
This year, we have added the ability to purchase quantities of tickets that exceed our ticketing purchase limit of 15. Groups can purchase between 16-49 tickets at the regular admission cost by completing the 2026 Group Sales Order Form.
Groups interested in purchasing 50 or more tickets must also complete a 2026 Group Sales Order Form.
Completed forms must be emailed to nysfgroupsales@agriculture.ny.gov.
Upon receipt of the order form, you will receive a private link to purchase the tickets online using a credit card for payment. This will be the only payment method for purchasing these admission tickets.
Group sales admission tickets, which are priced based on quantity, are available for the following prices:
- 16 to 49 tickets: $8.32 each • 32¢ in fees and taxes included (tickets print at home only)
- 50 to 500 tickets: $7.55 each • 30¢ in fees and taxes included
- 501 to 999 tickets: $6.28 each • 28¢ in fees and taxes included
- 1,000 and over tickets: $5.51 each • 26¢ in fees and taxes included
Groups purchasing 50-500 tickets will have the option to print tickets at home or pay $12.00 to have tickets shipped.
Any group purchasing more than 501 tickets will be sent tickets through the mail and be charged a $12.00 shipping fee.
Group orders for tickets to be mailed must be received by 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 (this deadline allows for timely shipping). Orders for print at home ONLY must be received by 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Group sales requests will not be processed after 4:00pm on August 19, 2026.

Regular admission tickets, parking vouchers, and tickets/passes for the Fair Midway, are not included in the group sales program.
