Important Vendor Deadlines:
- State Fair Dates: August 26 - September 7, 2026
- January 16, 2026 – Returning vendor applications must be received by this date to be guaranteed same space renewal.
- Space may be subject to change if operational needs affect booth space.
- March 15, 2026 – Final date for submitting returning and new vendor applications.

- After this date vendor rates will incur a 1.5% increased price.
General State Fair Terms, Conditions and Information:
Insurance Regulations & Samples Packet:
When purchasing workers comp or disability insurance from the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF), please indicate you are a vendor at the 2026 New York State Fair. Your coverage should be in force for the duration of the event, August 6 through September 5 (this includes move in/out dates).
Vendor Tax Documents Information:
Tax document information that vendors will be required to provide to create your contract. Please note that a W-9 is not an acceptable form for providing this information..

Fair Time Bottled Water Services Program:
The sale price of water will be capped at $3.00 per bottle for the duration of the 2026 New York State Fair.
Bottled water may be purchased from any of the approved wholesalers on the Fairgrounds.
